Challenges in february
Jeg har på facebook tilmeldt mig 2 udfordringer for februar, som handler om planken og squat. Det er udfordringer der maks tager et par minutter hver dag, så det skulle være til at overskue. Jeg er spændt på at se hvordan det går – specielt hvor længe jeg holder til at være i planken til sidst…
