The reasons why I like to wake up early

IMG_1997

Translation: There are various reasons to why I like to wake up early in the mornings. I think it’s really good to get a good start on the day without stressing around. It gives me peace and freedom wake up slowly, get ready without having to stress and then end up in crises about clothes and time to eat breakfast without having to swallow my food.

I’m sure there are a lot of people who feel the same like me and prefer to wake up earlier end you maybe should to get the freedom and have time to do the things you want before the day officially begins. There are probably also a lot of people who don’t agree with me and prefer to sleep 5 minuts longer and don’t mind running around in the morning to get ready, swallow the breakfast and do the make up in the car. They don’t need the silence and freedom.

Besides the peace it gives me in the morning I find that I get so much more energy during the day too. Often I get to do a lot more of what I planed. I think it tricks my brain to think I have more hours in the day and therefore want to get as much done as possible.

We are all different and thank god for that. We have different priorities in different situations.

Are you the person who wakes up early in the morning or stay 5 more minuts in bed?

Right now I really want…

Translation: Right now I really want to sit on a beach in Fiji under the palms with a delicious drink in my hands in the sun… We all have the opportunity to dream that we are in different places or is doing different things, but right now I actually don’t need to dream that much. I’m already living out one of my dreams and goals for my life – combining work and holiday by being an au pair for a family here in Australia. That is what I’m doing at the moment and I’m really enjoying it. Not jealous at all on my family and friends back in Denmark who probably is freezing a bit and dreaming about summer, but I still miss them a lot. I’m looking forward to the end of march where I’m going back to Denmark again and able to see them again. It’s going to be so amazing! Seven months away is enough for now – even that I love being here in Australia, then my heart and home is in Denmark and it’s there I belong.

Where does your dreams take you?

Don’t let life come in the way of your dreams! If you believe in them, then follow them ;-)
